details of other complaints is the exact information for mine. when i called company for more information regarding the letter, mark was rude and kept wanting to put me on hold. i hung up and called back and said, "I KNOW THIS IS A SCAM. I AM REPORTING YOU AND THIS # TO THE AUTHORITIES", in which he then hung up on me.
