They made several promises over the phone that were untrue when the contract arrived. I promptly(within 3 days)sent the unsigned contract back to them requesting a refund. Customer service always tells you what you want to hear. They acknowledge that they owe me ..saying the refund will be processed. I've called 5 times since Feb. always told the same story. I got Fla. BBB to work on them. They told them a refund would be sent in two weeks..... a lie. Talked with them today(10-11) customer service said they would send it out next week,which is total BS.
