This Company's website is extremely deceptive; looks just like the real USPS site for changing your address; however, this is not the case.....it costs $1 to change an address with the real United States Postal Service; they charged my household $60 for the 3 address changes I thought I was submitting to the U.S. Post Office.....was no posted charges on their website and no verification from the United States Post Office that the changes even occurred....ripped off!! However, I have filed a "scam" complaint with the U.S. Postal Service Postal Inspection division and with the Ohio Attorney General...
