The site was at the top of the google search on the usps change of address right above the USPS website looking like USPS. The link proceeded to change of address fields and official warnings from USPS. I got an official email from the USPS.gov after entering the information mentioning a 1$ charge. Only when I looked at the credit card did I see a 20$ charge from an Ohio company of which I have not heard and to whom I never authorized to pay 20$. Marked as disputed charge with Citibank
