I was wondering why my account never seems to go down as I was paying over the min payement every month. Checking my statement I foun a charge for 24.95 from SEM*Value Plus 800-4751942 MN. Checked my statements back to Aug of 2011 when my wife ordered some production from the phone that she seen on TV. I called the number and they said it was a "FREE" trial which was never cancelled so they charged for it. I told them we never received one bit of information in form of a letter or E-mail explaining the service they are charging for. She said a packett should have been sent. I told her we recieved no packett and that I knew she would say that based on various web complaints I found prior to calling. I told them to cancel anything they have with our names on it and to send me a refund form. She said it'll take 5-10 days to arrive. Next step will be contacting the US Attorney General's office and the Attorney General's office for the state of Minnesota.
