I ordered the Bat Masterson Series and thought that I was also helping a person that was very sick. I have e-mailed this person 6 times. The disclaimer directed the purchaser to play the DVD's to make sure that they worked properly. It was after this that I attempted to follow directions..and I did so. I would like a DVD set that works. If not I will gladly accept my refund and take my business else where.
