I had checked on getting a grant on the internet a while back.I get a call today from a poor english speaking man named Andrew Garcia.he stated I was approved for a grant.asked if I had one before and I said yes.I told him to go to school.he asked what I wanted this for and I said Medical bills and medications.he said that was ok.he said normally they would charge $59.00 and some cents but they was waving that and it would only cost me $3.87.he was very hard to understand and I had to ask him repeatedly to repeat what he said.He wanted a debit or credit card.I told him I didn't have any.he asked me"do you really not have one or you don't want to give it to me?"I told him I didn't have any.he asked me to see if my friends or family would let me use their cards for this.he gave me a confirmation number and to call and talk to him directly.If anyone else answered I was to ask to speak to him only.I could hear other people in the back ground talking like a telemarketer's place.I do not believe this is legitimate.he needs turned in to someone for this scam.
