Received a Ebay second chance offer on 2012 Harley Davidson Blackline after failing bid at auction.I increased my offer to $10,000US which was accepted and received a email from Andy to take advantage of ebay's Buyers Protection which would be registered with ebay by him and once registered would send bank details which he did.Transfered $10,000US to his ebay Bank Account in London.3 hours later
no reference of monies received from seller,so tried emailing seller several times to no avail.Contacted ebay and explained concern and was advised to stop transaction which I did
