- I experience the same thing too! but i called the bank and ask them to cancel the transaction but was not successful. I was told to fill up the merchant dispute form to raise a claim to get my money back. Now idk if i shld wait for the items or just try my luck to get the money back. what if the items arrive after that? So stressful! But now all I want is my money back! I can't track my item cos no tracking number is given. Pffttt.
