I acted on a TV commercial for an audio volume-assist device. I was prepared to submit an online order for 1 MSA30X @ $29.95 + $7.95 S&H and was offered an extra device free by paying a second S&H charge of $7.95. I also expected to pay an additional $8.95 for shipping to my Canadian address. That added up to approx. $55.00 plus taxes of approx. $6.75 for a total of less than $62.00. However, after I had submitted my credit card information and my order (as listed above), I kept getting additional screen prompts to buy extra sets, extra batteries, extended warranty etc., etc. I refused ALL offers and in order to escape the site, I closed the screen. I was never presented with an authorization screen so I assumed that the order was NOT completed. However, 2 days later my credit card was unjustifiably charged $124.49 and there is no way to contact this company online. So I tried phoning them but there is no weekend customer service. When I reached a representative on Monday morning, I was offered a $7.95 credit....which I refused. I told them that since I was scammed, I didn't want the product. I had not received any goods and demanded a full credit.

I have since read on various review sites that this company is a sham and operates fraudulently. My credit card supplier is going to pursue them "after 10 days". I am hoping this matter can be resolved without further action........but I suggest that everyone stay clear of these people. They are dishonest frauds and you will get burned.
