On July 3rd I ordered, on line, a camera advertised as a holiday special from AjRichies. After eight days I called because the order had not been filled. I got a surely, and combative, operator, and the response from them was to lie about the camera's battery life and try to sell me a replacement for $200 more. When I refused the representative got even more unpleasant. I left it at that thinking they would make good their special offer. The order was not filled.
I got suspicious and began checking, and found AjRichies had numerous complaints about bogus deals and bait and switch policies, lying about products in order to sell $100 to $300 unneeded extras, and
surely and impolite service. This is exactly the experience I got from AjRicheis. Beware of these scam artists!! Had to CXL credit card to prevent any possibility of abuse.
