Called what I thought was apple support and got this company. They told me they could fix my iPod but needed to pay for tech support. ($69.99) then got on my computer using bomgard and then told me I needed a new virus protection software for $59.99. The guy never helped me with the iPod and told me he had to run a cleaner program and would call me back....he never called back and my iTunes won't load. So angry at the company!
