On 20/5/2013 I ordered a 14 day free trial of Natural Cleanse which I read would only cost me $4.95 shipping. I thought it was just a trial and read nothing about a charge after 14 days if I chose to keep it, nor did I see e nor was I aware of any terms about buying it on a regular basis every 30 days under a membership basis.
I have received a text today that says they have submitted multiple attempts to charge my account for my subscription of Natural Cleanse21 day trial completion billing and unfortunately have not been successful with any attempt. My order number was 1133324.
I am a pensioner and would not get involved in paying a regular membership fee let alone a lot of money for a product. I felt it was a genuine offer. I feel so stupid and now I do not know what to do.
Unfortunately I had no printer paper so was unable to print the page with all the information and my history is cleared. Today I have received a text from Worldwide Capital Ltd. Customer Support 800-011-9520
This is not a UK telephone number is it? There is a TERMS AND CONDITIONS page which tells me if I want to return anything I must obtain an RMA which can only be got by ringing this customer care number: 1-866-788-0099 And the return address is: Natural Cleanse, 11259, East Via Linda Ste. 100-975 Scottsdale, AZ 8259. Help please! I know it is not much money in the grand plan of things, but it is to me and I feel I have been totally mislead. I cannot afford nearly $80 and the product certainly was not worth it anyway, it was mainly caffein. PLEASE can you help me as to what I should do next!?
