This charge showed up on my credit card and have no knowledge of Freedownload.com. After further inquiries online with their billing dept they had no knowledge of the credit card reference number but instead wanted additional info such as full name, address SSN etc...which they did not get. After further research I found out that this company is an online scam outfit that gets hold of your checking account number or credit card number through 3rd party billing and applies fradulent charges to your account. I have had this company blocked from all my accounts now and have recieved a full refund. PS DO NOT CALL THEIR 800 NUMBER THEY HAVE A RECORDED CALL BACK WHICH RESOLVES NOTHING. I hope this post is helpful to all that were ripped off by this online scam company
