I have been waiting for 4 months for refunds on two wigs I purchased from them. They claim that the wigs were returned but they still will not send my refund nor will they return my emails. Neither of the wigs looked anything like the pictures, plus one was two small even though I carefully followed their measuring guidelines. I paid through paypal and tried to file a complaint through them but could not because it had been 45 days since the original purchase.
