ive worked for this employer for approxmatly 2 yrs and for the past year i have been behind an extra check on10/7/2011 which was payday i asked my boss/ owner operator when can i get my other paycheck. his response was i dont know call wendy you want her number/ what you want a war we can start one. wendy is his secertary.but on 10/11/2011 he told me as of today im layed off. is this his meaning of war. i know when someone misses a day of work he tells them to take a few days off that way they hardly get a check for that week.
