I ordered several trees from this company and part of the order was 6 boxwood shrubs which they sent 5 holly bushes and 1 boxwood instead. I contacted the company on numerous occasions and they sent an email stating they would send 5 boxwood shrubs due to their error in shipment and "Denise" said to keep the 5 holly bushes since they can't be return shipped. I received an email stating they were to be delivered, I called, I emailed, I called some more.
Contacted American Express, BBB, Angie's list, etc. today, noticed there are numerous complaints on the internet against this company WISH I HAD DONE MORE RESEARCH ON LINE BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY...BOO ON "FAST GROWING TREES.COM"
