I ALSO HAVE A COMPLAINT. RESERVATION DESK CHARGED $149 A NIGHT WHILE THE HOTEL'S RATE WAS ONLY $119 A NIGHT. I CALLED TO ASK WHY THE DIFFERENCE AND WAS TOLD "SOMETIMES WE ARE CHEAPER AND SOMETIMES WE CHARGE MORE. NOT A VERY REASSURING ANSWER.

I E-MAILED RESERVATION DESK AND WROTE TO HEAD OF ESCALATIONS DESK. THEY HANDLED THE PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE RESULT AND THE PROMPTNESS THEY OFFERED.

- I FOLLOWED UP BY EMAILING ESCALATION DESK AND WAS CONNECTED WITH AGENT THAT HANDLED THE PROBLEM. I AM VERY STISFIED WITH THE RESULT, JUST NEED TO KNOW WHERE TO GO.
