Signed on to bid rack. No mention of fees from my credit card. Gave me free bids. Never was going buy bids. Just looking. Fee charge to my credit card. Called. Said to cancel account need to not go on site for 6 months. Wouldn't refund. Many conversations back and forth with Sarah who said the manager wasn't available. Finally when I mentioned calling my bank she said my refund would be in 7-10 days. Called my credit card and advised to see if the refund me otherwise I can file a grievance. Showed up on my credit card $ 99 as womens' clothing.
