Your site must be the scam. You ask for comments but do not provide hookup; "can not connect to site," etc. The problem: someone you identify as "Brian" wrote a foolish-sounding letter about a dog breeder who (according to Brian) lost the rabies shot certificate for a puppy. So? His vet can titer his dog to prove immunity. This guy isn't smart enough to own a Chessie, because in order to train that breed, you have to be at least as smart as the dog.
