I received a bill for $39.99 on my credit card for some unknown computer protection product billed by Total Defense, which I had not knowingly ordered. Attempts to talk to a REAL person at thier phone number resulted in an over thirty minute wait. I was directed by option 3, on the phone, that refunds would only be processed if submitted by computer. Having a special phone option for refund-complaints tells me this is a REAL SCAM.
