I placed an order on 9/13 for a personalized Strawberry Shortcake birthday t-shirt. It's 10/12 and I have not received anything. I have emailed them asking them for a tracking number but all they do is reply with an email that says my order has shipped with no tracking number. I have called them but their voicemail is full. Please do not order from this company.
