Very miss leading. It comes up as the number one search on google when you search change of address and even claims to be USPS in the Google search. I didn't think twice and entered my information thinking it was the official site. Also tried calling their "24/7" phone support to complain but it's closed. I even called during business hours but was given a message to call back during business hours. Oh but they were so quick about taking the money out of my account! I should have read the fine print...
