Have tried to mail/phone on numerous occasions. Get fobbed off to coachwebmail.com who are a part of it.Took a site devel package with them exactly 1 year ago. It failed to deliver. Was originally told money back if no joy. Have now been conned into continuing the great hope with 'Ignite web services - also a part of the original Focus Learning.Claims not being met.Cannot locate an official address for them. Know they travel under "Aspire Learning" as well - it is on the only receipt we have ever received from them. Do they exist? Are they legit? Where do I contact? them.

- I too have been through the same with these companies. There are a few avenues you can take with filing complaints to the right offices. Send me an email (Personal Information Removed) and I can give you the links to the companies that aid in getting refunds to those apart of at home business scams as well as detailed instructions on how to file formal letters of complaint with the FTC.
