I recently applied for a loan and was redirected to myloans. I didnt receive any loans through this company. The next thing I know they took £1 out my account twice then returned £1 but then took out £69.99. I have filled all the cancellation forms and have Emailed them about six times only to be told I would get a refund within 30 days. This left me paying nearly £200 bank charges as the money the took was for a direct debit. I have tried explaining this to them but have got absolutely nowhere.
