I received an unsolicted calling claiming to be a technician from Windows. The caller said he could see that I had viruses on my computer that needed to be fixed. He knew my name and phone number, so I can easily see how my children may have been fooled by this information. However, I was suspicious of the caller, and did not type in the run comands that he was trying to give me. I asked for the phone number to call back at a more convenient time.
