I purchased the program because the salesman told me, i didn't need any experience with computers , or knowledge of on-line stores, this was not the case,and every day that i called to talk to him or the many different managers that i spoke to i was lied to , put off, and shuffled around like a mark in a con man movie, i also called the coaching dept. several times only to get a answering service, then when they called me back it was during work hours when i was unavailabe.and when i returned their calls, their phone did not take in-coming calls, then i recieved a call from the company that provides the technical support, they wanted thousands of more dollars, to construct my on-line store, i'm tired,frusted, and disappointed, i just want my $101.00 back, and we can part ways.
