When just browsing on the net for loan, I had to put my bank details but quickly realised it wasn't what I wanted. This was through moneysupermarket site. I left the sight, have had two weeks of hell with phone calls and other companies taking money out of my account without having a loan or even dealing with these people.
I phoned in on 16 July to inform them the took money 15 out of my account. Justin explained I would have to put it in writing to get my money back but still tried to sell me a product I didn't like.
I posted letter on 16 and not got any reply and phoned 22 July and was told the person was busy and I would get a call within 24 hrs.
Just received a letter back dated to the 13 July explaining they have took money and enclosed membership card.
Just phoned again, due to never wanting to be member but want my money returning that they should not have taken, to be told the same thing when I explained no one phoned from two days ago and I have got to wait for someone to call again, not holding hope out on this.
Someone else is currently taking money again but they are claiming from same business but under different names.
It looks like when you go on money supermarket people ring you and even give you abuse when you don't want their product, then different companies take your money weekly (Priority Money Clug have taken £69.00) and the banks cannot stop it until they find the name, therefore cannot block payments until they have already had your money.
SOMEONE PLEASE HELP. I was short of money before this but with phone calls and letter writing it's eating away at the bit I have got. Amazing the watch dogs that are on t.v., when contacting them apparently they don't deal with individual complaints only business complaints. The money taken was to pay a bill, which now cannot be paid.
