We bought an e-ticket from flight deal agency http://www.cheap.flight-deal.org/ on July 13th, 2013 and chose to pay through bank transfer. Flight deal agency had acknowledged a receipt of our order 80027, and sent us payment instructions, saying they would provide the e-ticket 12 hours after we had confirmed the bank transfer in the "My Itineraries section of their website". Transfer had to be made to recipient name Recipient name: Ivo Priedniexs.

They sent me this massage after I made the reservation:



Dear Valued Customer!

We have received your order and understand that you've selected Bank Transfer as your preferred payment method with your purchase. Please find your transfer instructions below. Once the transfer is complete, please confirm it online in the My Itineraries at www.cheap.flight-deal.org, so that we can activate your tickets.



For your convenience, our company can send you your eTickets BEFORE you submit your payment. You will be able to confirm these tickets with your air company, but they will be fully activated after your payment is confirmed. Please let us know if you'd like to receive your eTickets before you submit your payment.

Please keep in mind that all transfer fees should be paid by our company. Please ask your bank to deduct all fees from the beneficiary of the transfer, or simply deduct the fees from the outgoing transfer amount.

Please note that Ivo Priednieks Travel Co., the beneficiary of the transfer, is the co-owner of the Flight Deal Agency brand.

We did as required, they thanked for the transfer confirmation, and then, the day after I made the transfer I email them and asked about my e ticket and why haven't I got it yet.

I received an email from them:
Dear Valued Customer

We need your transfer papers in order to quickly verify and confirm your payment.

Please send us the scan transaction copy at your earliest convenience.

We can not processed your payment without it.

I have done that and still didn't receive my e ticket
I sent an email to them again and they, in respond, told me that they have some sort of a problem and that they will transfer my money back
Until now I haven't received my money back nor an email from them
Please help

  • Any time you pay for an airline ticket with a money transfer raises a flag because you are giving your money to a third party. If you contact the airline you supposedly are booked on you will probably find out that no ticket has been issued. You may not even have a reservation. If there is a booking you can find out if it was made by an IATA accredited agency or ?

  • I think it's a scam. I almost fell into their trap. I became suspicious when I saw this line:
    Please note that Svetlana Bagina Trip, Co., the beneficiary of the transfer, is the co-owner of the Flight Deal Agency brand.

    I just felt that the payee name should have been the same as the company name. Anyway, I hope you could get your money back.
