I have been trying to find out who *IC FreeShipping is for months. They have been taking $12.97 out of my credit card account since October of 2012. I tried to get my bank to check into it but because I don't know the name of the company other than the *IC FreeShipping, no address or phone number they haven't been able to help me out or stop them from taking the money out. I still don't know what I should do to get them to stop.
