I have signed up for the trial membership and as soon as i realised what i was dragged into, i emailed them to cancel my membership. They emailed me back stating the membership has been terminated by my Direct Debit payment cannot be stopped as i have to print out a special form they have (had to find it which i never was able to find) to scan and email them. Demand that your complaint be escalated to a manager such as [email protected] who .Advise that you desire to cancel contract immediately as per your entitlement under Swiss law (SECO wrote "under Swiss law with dating agencies, a contract must be able to be immediately terminated at any time no matter what the terms and conditions of the contracts between the parties states").Persist until you receive written confirmation of the cancellation.
I have sent several emails and still waiting for a reply.
