In May this year I ordered the 21 day trial for the £2.99. I was shocked when they took £78 and £79.98 for the natural cleanse out of my account. Even though I was mad I did not complain about them, because I order it just after the deadline so thought nothing of it.
Now they are taking the fucking piss I just found out they took out £81.90(uk pounds)+ £2.19 delivery charge for a coffee that I did not even ordered!!!!!!!
I had an email from them but because it did not have my name on (it just had Dear (customer first name)) I assume it was junk mail for an advert, so I did not read all of it.
It wasn't until I check my bank statement and read the bottom of the e-mail that I have actually been billed for a product that I did not ordered.
Their link for their 'customer support' did not work. I have yet to phone them due to unsocialable hours at my work place.
Any suggestions to get this money back will be greatful!
