Green Liposlender sample supposed to be free was billed to my Visa card. I called Visa here in Canada, but they are unable to refuse the charges. I emailed the company, but have not received any acknowledgement and somehow they have managed to erase my evidence of sending the email. I am now sending a letter.

877-290-8527 call this number!! and you gotta be persistent, I cancelled my account, and DEMANDED 100% refund, I never got the product, and never got the initial 50% refund, and in 5 business days if I have not received my full refund they will be hearing from me again!!

- They do not check the emails. They have issues shipping to Canada due to certain customs policies and a lot of times the products are detained. It is bait and switch. Keep calling them. Bug your credit card company to dispute the charges, tell them you did not receive the product and ask the company for a tracking number on the package. They will not be able to provide a valid one. Tell them you're calling your credit card company and the FTC and BBB.
