Company called and claimed that they worked for Microsoft and that we were hacked and all our personal info was being down loaded. I asked the phone caller if he actually worked for microsoft and he said yes. He stated that he could repair the problem for a cost of between 80 and up to $180 us. Of course it cost $180 to repair as well as an extra $70 for software. I checked my receipt and I am out $317us. Live and learn sigh.
