I also ordered the trial offer and then was charged 79.99 on my credit card. When I called in the guy said I authorized it when I ordered the trial. I asked him to forward to me a copy of the webpage where I authorized the order. He said he couldn't do that. At first he told me he couldn't do anything so I said I was filing a dispute then he said they would give me a 25% refund I declined and said no I'm just going to file a complaint so then he offered a 50% refund. I declined and said no thanks I want it all refunded. After "speaking to a manager" he said if I returned the product I could get a full refund. So I got the RMA# and as soon as I get the product I will be returning it. I am still contacting my credit card company to make sure there are not more unauthorized charges. How frustrating!
