July 23, 2010, my toyota solara was brought in for miscellaneous taililights fix, and custom grille, custom exhaust, turbo kit charged for 6,450. I paid. Then, Jim said it's not ready, they need more stuffs and I have to pay for them. Then, I paid, then not ready up until now I have paid over 25,000 and they keep on delaying the car and refused to release my car, and adding because they have limit people working on it, his wife is pregnant with twins. He has to pay bills, and so on. So many excuses. After i have paid over 25,000 and doesn't get the car back yet, he said I still have to pay over 13,000 more. But not end there, he demands 50,000 to revise the car. I don't beleive this, but it's a total scam. Please help

- This customer was given exactly what he asked for, he brought the vehicle in for the original scope of work and then continued to make additions to the vehicle throughout the build. All amounts were quoted ahead of time and the customer knew exactly what he was getting into with us as far as time frame and dollar amounts. At the end of the build he felt he could have gotten the same work somewhere else for cheaper and wanted a discount off the bill which we refused to give him so now he feels cheated. If he wanted cheaper quality work for less money he should have gone somewhere else, we gave him the price and he approved the work there is no room for negotiations after all work is completed. His vehicle came out great and he got all he paid for and then some.
