We made an order with this company in February, waited the expected 6 weeks and no delivery. Then waited the expected 12 weeks and no delivery. Attempted contact by phone and email to the owner and no response was made by the company. It is now 7 months and no delivery has been made, the company phone number is disconnected and it appears the company has transformed into Powder River Copper Works in Richland, OR. Gabe Bernstein is the listed owner.

- Deb, you can file a complaint with the IC3 as well as contact Rich Kirby Deputy of Richland Oregon. You are correct that he has shut down Cacoppercreations and is now Powder River Copper Works. Interestingly he now promises "2-3 week delivery not months." (Or never?) Good Luck!
