What can I say good about this company?? Not much! Only that the packers when they picked up my furniture was super nice and accomodating. My furniture was delivered to my new town, about 2000 miles away. I was not ready for delivery as my new home was not finished. No problem. They stored it for a nominal fee. When the furniture was delivered, I was horrified. There was so much damage that I my mouth was constantly opened in amazement. There was structural damage to couches and chairs (because the pods were stacked on top of each other in storage), china sets broken to pieces, my $3000 sleep number bed had a gaping hole in the mattress, some items were missing, a blown glass collection I spent years collecting was smashed to smithereens, and inherited ceramic antiques were broken. I called to complain and was told that they would only give me 60 cents on a dollar because I had not signed an insurance protection plan. INSURANCE PROTECTION PLAN?? Then I remembered that nice team captain with the packers giving me the papers to sign and his hand conveniently over the spot that talked about insurance. MY BAD! I should have known to do it myself. So when I finally gathered up all the broken pieces and took pics of them for my claim (20 pics of stuff spread out on sheets on the floor), and called to tell them I would submit it, I was told the time frame for submission had passed. DUSGUSTED!! I should have stuck with the tried and true company I had used before even though it would have costed me more.
