THIS PERSON IS A SCAMMER - BEWARE ON CRAIGSLIST, she's apparently done it to others:

Craigslist Post Stated:
"The 4 is a world phone!
NEW INBOX. NO CONTRACT.
The purchase includes accessories (charger and earphone) and the box.
FACTORY UNLOCKED BY APPLE

In sending an email inquiry to [email protected] about the phone I received an email from a Gemma Joffroy [email protected] saying she (assuming its a female) was the one with the post on craigslist and that she was in Montreal (didn't explain why the post said New Haven). She said the phone was new and still had 1yr apple warranty and when asking why she was selling it for $200, she said it was given to her by work and she didn't need it. When asking how to pay for it, she said she found a company called Cargo Force and that the service would be delivering the phone to me in the US via FedEx to allow me to check it for 5 days and that I would be in control of my money and gave the website: www.mdepot-cargoforce.com/en_language.internet.transactions/third.party.html
to look for myself.

I received an invoice from: [email protected].
The invoice sent to me by Cargo Force said it was a Developers program Member with eBay. When I checked it w/ Ebay I found this was a scam and that they were not affiliated with them and other people had also been scammed by this person.

Hope this helps someone else, luckily I saw the red flags and didn't fall for this scam, its unbelievable the extent these people with go through and its getting more and more difficult to trust websites expecially Craigslist - too many scammers are able to get through
