Ordered a television from them as they were $300 less than anyone else. They asked for an Amazon gift card as opposed to paying them directly as a way to avoid paying tax. After purchasing the gift card and sending to them they stated the payment had been received and the TV was shipped July 22 with estimated delivery by Aug 1. No tracking number given and the TV has not arrived as of Aug 5. They are not very responsive to e-mail.
