We wanted a new kitchen so we found lancashire home designs , they're prices are beyond belief . We done a online quote , when within an hour a call, that the next day a designer would come around . Wow how fast was this we thought . Saturday Rob nelson came around , done all the salesman shit , said he could only hold this for a day unless we pay him £100 cash as a deposit . Me being as silly as ever fell for this .
After I realised what just went down , it was to late , he had gone .
I emailed over the cancellation form , which kept bouncing back . I then got told to speak to Fiona , who is the most ignorant person who I have the pleasure of talking too .
This company needs to be taken down , total arseholes
