I attempted to get the Flexable Hose online but that the shipping was as much as the product so did not finish the order. I was called back and offered a "special" price on an upgraded hose so I ordered the 25' plus one free for $40 total. When I got them the hoses would not expand and the length was only about 10'. Then the end blew off and yes the canvas part was probably 25' but the rubber part is less that 8'.

I sent them back for a refund and was told I would get the credit 2 to 4 days after they received it. They received it 27 July according to USPS.
I called the Flexable Hose number from my credit card statement 5 Aug. and they asked for all kinds of unrelated info. She sounded like she was one of those operations in India as we couldn't communicate well. I finally gave her the RA # and she claimed they never got it. To get her help I needed to give her the Insurance and tracking number which I found very odd. But I gave her the tracking number anyway and then she told me she could not check the tracking number (so why did she ask for it). I asked for her manager and she said they did not have managers there.
After trying to explain that I needed to talk to someone who can resolve the issue she sent me to a "supervisor". After about 10 minutes a guy said I will get the credit in 2 -4 days.

I surely hope so but I'm still out the $10 for returning it so I do not recommend anyone get this Flex-able Hose unless you get if from Walmart or someplace where you can get your money back if it fails. Don't get hosed like I did.
