I bought two 75 foot rough terain as apposed to the cheaper one thinking this more exspensive one would be better in March 2013. When I received them I thought man these are the greatest, having one in front and one in the back of my house.Within a month one of the hoses started leaking from just below the faucet.I returned both. Two more where shipped and I used each at least two times a week taking care to detach each time and place in sucure place away from the elements. Today I went to use the backyard hose only to find that it leaks in the same area as the first one. When I called today to report this to I think he said his name was Jeff 91, he said that it's too late to return. So you only guarantity your product for 60 days? So basically I spent 70.00 for two hoses that only one works, that is I think it does. I haven't used it for a few days. Who knows it might have a leak in it too. Vary distappointed in your product. I was elated when I first received it as it was so easy for me to use, being so light. I even told people in the stores when I saw them looking at the hoses that they will love them and how wonderful they are. Well I'm glad I didn't give them my address as I'm sure by now they are very upset with them. I wish I had bought them in a local store as I would be able to return them without a problem.
