Saw the link on Facebook,went to a phony Women's Health website, and ordered the 14 day trial July 5th. Found out about the scam on July 9th, and asked for a cancellation. I trashed the trial sample. On July 20th (Saturday of course), they charged me $99.98. Called them on the 22nd, Pure Garcinia Cambogia stated they disregard all email correspondence. I told them I did not want their product, and after receiving the run around and attempted discounts they placed the cancellation. I was told that when the product arrive to send them back and list the RMA number on the package. The RMA notification state that I made a purchase on July 20th, and to return the order. On August 6th, neither product had yet to arrive so I called the companies again. Pure Garcinia Cambogia gave me the run around again, and stated that the “14-day trial” that I received was in fact a 30 day one and that it was the product I was supposed to return. The service representative “Sally” stated that they never said they would send me another bottle, and the $99.98 charge was for the trial. This was not told to me when I cancelled on July 22nd; I was told by the company that they could not cancel the order because it had already shipped and that I would have to return it when it arrived with the RMA number.

They are rude, and most importantly they are SCAM ARTISTS!
