Don't book any tickets/holiday with this travel agency. They are Scam. I book my ticket with this agency and put a deposit. When i am about to fully paid my ticket, they told me the ticket price gone up to £890 instead of £650. And now that i am claiming for my refund, they are just keep on promising they will give my money back and the manager Matthew and travel agent Max Billal is not contactable, I wish this travel agency should be shut and no other people be fooled with this company. there is another telephone number that is still working, I hope someone from scambook help us resolve this issue please. thanks!
