I ordered a laptop and paid with an Amazon gift card. The order never arrived and the company stopped responding to e-mails. I contacted Amazon support and am not able to transfer the gift card back, since Ibexica had spent $31 from it.

- I also bought a laptop from ibexica.com. A laptop hasn't come yet. I contacted Amazon support, too. She forwarded my case to Gift Card Specialist Customer Service team and said that I would hear from them. I'm still waiting.

- Let me know how you make out. I called Amazon a few times, and they wouldn't let me transfer the gift card back because part of it was spent already.

- Update - I talked to a manager at Amazon and she said they locked the gift card and they will issue a refund to my credit card. I previously talked to the regular support people and they weren't able to help me, but the manager was able to push the refund request through.
