On June 17 I signed up for the free trial of Garcinia Cambogia Elite from the website naturalgarciniacambogiaelite.com I paid the shipping and handling. I have two weeks to call and cancel before they would start charging me monthly. I tried to cancel but the number assiciated with the billing was no longer in service. When I would send emails on their website no one would respond. On July 1st, 2013 they charged me $89.71 (twice the amount of a one month supply). I figured that they didn't get my cancellation and I planned on returning it and phoning them with the number on the packing slip. I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING IN THE MAIL. On August 7, 2013 I was charged again $94.70 (more than twice the amount of a one month supply). I launched an investigation with my credit card company immediately and did more investigations. I found another number and called the customer service reps. I was hung up on twice by one rep Melissa Edwards and lied to by Marshal Law (I doubt these are their real names) They refused to give me any information and told me to read the terms and conditions on their website. That their terms and conditions say that after 14 days I have to pay the full price of the free sample.I have copies of their terms and conditions printed. It says nothing of the sort. Infact it says that the monthly supply costs $48. This is a horrible scam. Buyers beware. Now I have to change my visa number. 1-888-960-9291 You can call this number but they just hang up on you!
