I previously posted at the end of June after receiving my trial bottle. After reading these complaints, I immediately called the company on 6/26/13 threatening the BBB should I be charged moving forward. A man named Joshua assured me that my account showed that I declined EVERY offer and would not be charged a single penny moving forward. I mentioned their reputation and how many people had filed claims with them. He once again assured me that I would not be charged. Lo and behold, I was charged $88.92 on July 5th, AND August 5th. I have since filed a fraud claim with my bank who has issued a temporary refund and will be opening their own complaint with the company should they not refund the money. I have also cancelled my debit card and was issued a new one to assure they cannot charge me moving forward. WHAT AN AWFUL COMPANY!!!!! (and that's saying it nicely...)
