From start to finish this is a total scam company and the WORST on line ordering experience we have ever has! We ordered purely on their lower prices and promise of "free shipping withing 2 days." After immediately charging our credit card, 2 days later they called to confirm our address then sold me a camera case that was "made" for the model we ordered along with a 5 hour battery whereas the one it comes with is only good for 20 minutes. They said we'd receive an email within 2 days about the shipping date. I called 3 days later to find out why it did not come. Another run around after a 20 minute wait time to speak with someone (conveniently CS is only open M-Th from 11-4 eastern time). They would be sure to "resend" the order to the warehouse. Another 3 days and I called back (waiting another 20+ minutes for CS) and this time they "lost" my order. They reassured me it would be in my email the next day. Again, NO EMAIL! After calling to finally question it for the third time, they said it was being sent that day. We did receive an email saying it would get to us early Aug. (we ordered and were charged July 11). When it finally arrived, the battery was not there. I waited on hold again since there was NO paperwork explaining where it was or if it was sent or just forgotten. By then I was fed up and was leaving the country in two days. I said I wanted to return the order in full. I asked to speak to the Manager, to discuss my dissatisfaction. The man said he was in fact the owner. I told him my experience and he said he didn't make more than $10 on my order anyway and didn't care about my complaints. It would not only cost me a 15% "restocking fee," but also the $30 UPS "free shipping" EACH WAY! I was only to be reimbursed 2/3 of what I paid and did not even receive it all, not did it come within the time frame I was quoted. I expressed my frustration and tried to reason with the man (Jeffrey?) but he swore at me and hung up. I called my Visa company and explained what had happened and was reimbursed the full amount from them within 24 hours. Now I am STILL waiting for the authorization code to send the items back and NEVER received the extra battery. I wrote a complaint on BBB and will post on Facebook my negative experience. I hope no one else will ever have to go through what I did with this joke of a company. I guess the lesson is you DO get what you pay for! My bad.
