my mother has insurance policy totaling over 16,000 for long term care that she has coverage for with this company she has been in long term care since aug 2011 I have been submitting claim forms with ALL THE INFORMATION ASKED FOR!!! They keep giving me the run around saying information is missing I have copies of everything sent it is complete NOTHING IS MISSING they keep saying ck back in ten business days I DO JUST THAT then they say sorry last representative didnt send to right dept ck back in ten days I THINK STONEBRIDGE LIFE IS SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY WITH NO INTENTIONS OF EVER PAYING OFF!!!!
